This Malibu residence features an extensive, fully integrated residential audio/video and smart home system designed to provide both exceptional performance and seamless convenience.

The primary bedroom includes a custom-built bed incorporating a concealed flat-panel television lift from Future Automation. Using a Crestron handheld remote, the homeowner can activate the system, causing a hidden flap at the foot of the bed to open as the television lift smoothly slides out, raises, and positions the display at the ideal viewing height.

Once deployed, television audio is delivered through discreet flush-mounted in-ceiling speakers, creating an immersive entertainment experience without visible equipment. When viewing is complete, a single command powers off the television, stops the audio, and automatically retracts the lift beneath the bed. The concealed flap then closes, restoring the bed’s clean, minimalist appearance and leaving no visible indication of the integrated technology.
